One-on-one sessions are a very time efficient and powerful way to discuss one's personal performance and tailor solutions designed to create positive change quickly. As it's not always possible to meet in person, Skype is a great option.
Jessi Stensland offers performance consulting sessions via Skype phone or video. Skype video is free but requires a computer with video camera and microphone enabled, Skype software downloaded and an account created.
