Is the workshop appropriate for a beginner athlete?
Absolutely. There's no better place to start your training than with a better understanding of the body. The workshop is for all levels of athletes from recreational to elite who are interested in knowing more about how to bring their best body to their sport or activity.

What do I need to bring?
Wear active clothing and bring an extra set of active clothing to change into after the morning workout if you'd like. Wear shoes you can be active in, however please note we will spend much of the time barefoot. No swimsuit or bike is needed.

Is it advanced enough for coaches though or is it more targeted for the beginner triathlete?
Again, the workshop is for all levels of athletes and coaches that are interested in knowing more about the body, how it is made to move and how to understand better how to create and maintain injury resistance, movement efficiency and power in performance. It is my experience that the content in this workshop is new to many people, yet very simple and relevant to all levels of athletes and coaches.

Would the Swim Bike Run workshop be appropriate for someone who is only interested in bike-related performance?
Yes. As an person who wants to be healthy athlete, in any sport, you want your body to be all-around athletic and efficient. Individual sports are simply expressions of all of the fundamental elements of performance working together. Each and every thing applies in many ways for all activities.
NOTE: Future MovementU workshops will focus on individual sports. i.e. Cycling 101, etc. But if you're at all interested and don't want to wait, you wont be disappointed.
